Dr. Tiffany Brown is a Doctoral Level Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of experience in the nursing profession. As an African American woman, nurse, and prior student she has had personal experience with understanding the unique racial challenges faced with moving forward educationally, and in her nursing career. Because of this, she has developed a passion for mentorship, addressing issues in DEI, and racism in nursing.  These passions has led her to become a mentor, adjunct nursing professor, speaker, and podcaster.
